General conditions:
The closing date of this Invitation To Tender is fixed on 25 May, 2020 at 5:00pm Bidders will fill, sign, stamp and return the Offer form according to ARD’s format. All the offers’ prices should be in USD, including all taxes and duties
Submission of tenders:
The bids can be submitted to ARD Bardhera office in a sealed envelope with the mention “RFQ/ CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD PROOF IDP LATRINES/BARDHERA/15-05-2020/002”
The bids can be submitted through email ard.procurement@gmail.com with the subject title: “RFQ/ CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD PROOF IDP LATRINES/BARDHERA/15-05-2020/001”
Unsealed envelope and late offers will not be considered.
Bids submitted after deadline will be considered as late bids and will not be included in the evaluation.
To ensure that funds are used exclusively for humanitarian purposes and in accordance with donors’ compliance requirements, ARD will perform a due diligence on all contractors

Hand delivers the sealed offer to: The ARDs Office in Bardhera or via E- Mail, to ard.procurement@gmail.com, by close of business 25 May, 2020. Late Request for quotation will no longer be considered.
Opening of Quotations:
The RFQ will be opened at ARD Office in Bardhera on 30 May 2020, at 9:30amHrs local time in the presence of Bidders who wish to attend.
