Job Description:
Number of Positions: 2
Main Purpose of the Job Qualifications and skills sought
- Manage the Bank Branch in order to meet the financial services needs of customers.
2. Work with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for the branch.
3. Ensure that the branch is properly staffed and that the staffs are trained to meet customer service needs as well as sales objectives.
4.Make certain that all branch operations are performed in accordance with the established Bank policies and procedures, either directly or through appropriate supervisor.
- Makes recommendations for changes/improvements as appropriate.
Job Qualifications and Skills
- B.S. or B.A. degree in a business related field.
- Five years’ experience in relevant field of which 2 are served at a similar management position.
- Proficient interpersonal relations, Communicative, and sales skills.
- Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to manage staff.
- Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures.
